Anyone up to help me spec out my DK? Question

I have the following Talents trained at full:
Toughness
Runic Power Mastery
Subversion
Blade Barrier
Bladed Armor
Scent of Blood
2h Weapon Specialization
Dark Conviction
Bloody Strikes
Verteran of the 3rd War
Mark of Blood
Abomination's Might
Improved Blood Presence
Hysteria
Sudden Doom
Heart Strike

I'd like to dual wield but I didn't see if that was a Talent or not....Any ideas? confused

This is the web site I used. http://deathknightbuilds.com/ read it and choose what kind of DK you want to be. I only have played Frost. Any DK can Dual but there is 2 talents to improve it in frost.
